Rivergate Marina & Shipyard provides fulltime project managers for all refit and repair services. This includes the management of qualified onsite contractors in all specialist aspects of Superyacht maintenance. Our refit team focuses on the complete management of your project including detailed planning, budgeting and technical design to facilitate a seamless successful maintenance period. Rivergate offers various levels of project management, ranging from a full turn-key package to project supervision on smaller scale.

Rivergate’s Project management options include:

FACILITY HIRE  

• Vessel is responsible for its’ own maintenance period
• Vessel may use Rivergate’s services on an as-required basis
• Any work requested of Rivergate is charged with standard Rivergate Management Fee
• GST exemptions, where applicable
• Vessel to manage its’ own warranty and workplace health and safety considerations

PROJECT SUPERVISION  

• Vessel to provide own project manager, with Rivergate to project supervise. Includes time line/Gant chart planning, complete contractor/ yard coordination and weekly formal project meetings
• Invoices would be charged at cost plus Rivergate Project Management Fee - complete financial transperancy is adhered to
• Rivergate’s trade discount with local contractors is passed to the vessel
• Full accounting services provided, including payment of all contractors
• GST exemptions, where applicable
• This option has warranty and workplace health and safety benefits

COMPLETE PROJECT MANAGEMENT  

• Rivergate full-time project manager, time line/Gant chart planning, complete contractor/yard co-ordination and weekly formal project meetings included
• Invoices would be charged at cost plus Rivergate Project Management Fee - complete financial transperancy is adhered to
• Detailed maintenance period reports provided on completion of the works
• Rivergate’s trade discount with local contractors is passed onto the vessel
• Full accounting services provided, including payment of all contractors
• GST exemptions, where applicable
